Excellent location, walking distance to lots of great restaurants, shops, etc along south Pearl Street and Broadway corridors. Cute little place, very comfortable.

This was a great option for visiting my DU student! Everything I needed for a very good price. Comfortable bed, office nook to work, outside patio to step outside when it was warm enough. Private and felt secure. There is another unit in this building, just be aware. I had stayed in that unit previously so I knew it was a shared building and it's fine. You can hear some things but it never bothered me and it was very quiet at night. I really liked it here and would stay again. Perfect for one person, could get a bit cramped for two.

This place was perfect, I didn't want to leave!
I wasn't sure if it was going to feel too crammed with me and my pupper but between the great layout inside and the outside patio/yard it was a perfect fit! The kitchen space had everything you would need from a hot plate to a toaster and a french press for individual servings!
Chris was super responsive and friendly when he was on site!
Something I didn't know that was available was a doggy door which was perfect for my pupper to go in and out, especially when I had to go into work!
The location of this home is great if you like to eat local, walk or run through neighborhoods and venture up to Wash Park!
I would definitely recommend this place as a great place to stay!
