La Torre Antica Dimora

The house is presenting an old forniture but well maintained and well cleaned. The rooms are very wide, expect for the kitchen that is a bit uncomfortable because of the small space left around. Anyway the kitchen is provided with all the necessities and perfectly cleaned. There’s the possibility to access a terrace in common with the other rooms, but I was alone during my stay so I had the chance to enjoy it for my morning yoga and breakfast. There are more facilities like dishwasher and washing machine on payment that might be really useful. The owners had some troubles with the WiFi during my stay but fixed it very fast because I needed it to work.

After a kind start, the old women owner has been really rude to me. She started texting me claiming that I was never turning off the air conditioning, even when I was not in the apartment. Even if I kept on telling her that it was not true cause I never used it during the day, she implied that I was telling them lies. First of all, saying what they said, they admitted they were controlling my movements, that is already really frightening (especially since I was a girl alone). Plus they didn’t even think to ask it in a nice way before to accuse me, and didn’t even considered to be wrong after my words. After the argument they re-texted me repeating the same remarks in a more professional way on the booking.com chat. I would advice to think twice on how to treat a client before to open the mouth. I have no words for this behavior. I would never come back.
