House with garden recently renovated, with high ceilings and vaulted ceilings, located in a quiet village in the heart of the southern Salento, just a few kilometers from the Adriatic coast from the Ionian. A large private backyard will allow guests to spend quiet evenings outdoors.

Is at the center of a small peaceful and hospitable country, it is facing a small market, bar, 100 meters pharmacy, ATM and pizzeria, 2 km a big shopping center.
The house can comfortably accommodate 9 people.
If you are 2 families, privacy is guaranteed, because the rooms are arranged on either side of the house:
double bedroom and bedroom with two single beds, bathroom on the right;
double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower on the left;
the living area consists of kitchen-dining room-living room and study are located in the central area of the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates,
glasses, cutlery, cookware, plates, glasses of all kinds, small appliances and everything you want to prepare and enjoy a good meal.
All rooms are large, bright and well ventilated with mosquito nets to 3 bedrooms.
The house is cool, because most rooms have
vaulted ceilings, with very high ceilings, plus they are available, for those hot days, 2 pedestal fans. It is 6 km from the sea, which can reach in 5 minutes by car, because it does not need to cross small villages to get there but is well connected.
Has at the rear a private courtyard garden, partly covered and partly shaded by orange trees where can comfortably have breakfast
outdoors, or dine in the moonlight using the stone barbecue located in a small kitchenette on the rear independent of the house, equipped with wood to make the grilled meat or our delicious fresh fish.
You can take advantage of the festivals that every evening they offer the opportunity, in Montesano, or the countries
neighboring, spending very little to sample all our traditional specialties.
It 's also a convenient outdoor shower
to freshen up at any hour of the day, perhaps under the starry sky.
For reservations up to 4 people will be reserved 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and the garden area.

Casa molto carina e accogliente, ottima per più famiglie molto spaziosa!!! Pulitissima! Posizione centrale per raggiungere qualsiasi spiaggia... La proprietaria, molto carina e disponibile ad ogni richiesta!!! Siamo stati benissimo, vacanza 🔝🔝🔝🔝!!!!

Ottima posizione per un soggiorno di riposo ma con mare estremamente vicino sia nella parte est (la più vicina) sia nella parte ovest (lontana relativamente). La casa, estremamente spaziosa, è pulitissima e possiede vari angoli per viverla in maniera diversa. Ci abbiamo riposato volentieri dopo ricche giornate passate sulle spiagge di levante. In complessivo l'esperienza può essere considerata ottima. I proprietari sono persone deliziose, discrete e accoglienti. Buona vacanza a chi decidesse la nostra destinazione.

La posizione è strategica, distante una decina di km dal mare.
