A 20 passi dal mare

Perfect property. We could have stayed for a month here. Everything about it was fantastic. The space, beds, bathroom, wonderful patio, washing machine, location, and the host. We couldn't believe the attention to detail and guests comfort that was taken with all the ammenities, food items in cupboareds and fridge. It was outstanding. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property. Bravo!!

Vicinissima al lungomare ma protetta dai rumori, la casa di Caterina è completa di tutto il necessario per vivere una vacanza senza pensieri. Ho trovato un'ospite generosa, professionale e accogliente, sempre disponibile anche di più! L'ambiente interno ed esterno era pulitissimo e ordinato; non mancava niente: da una ricca scorta di cibo, detersivi ecc (una vera e propria spesa!) al telo spiaggia, stendino, ombrello, comoda lavanderia, ferro da stiro, biancheria di scorta... Io ero sola ma in casa ci si sta comodi anche in 4 o 5 persone. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. Se tornassi a Otranto tornerei qui. Grazie Caterina, sei stata come una sorella.

This is like a home away from home – just steps from the beach. The apartment has everything you would expect and more – not just cookery, storage items, and utensils but also kitchen + bath stocked with consumable supplies, plus food & drink. Actual food, not just a couple snacks! The apartment has great cross breeze keeping things comfortable as temps rise outside. The deck has a big table with umbrella and lots of seating for meals or lounging. Caterina is a friendly, kind, and responsive host. She was proactive about checking in to be sure all was well. You might meet her turtles and cat on the deck, which I loved. She even gave me a ride to my next stay (30 away) when the bus didn’t work out. It would have been easy to stay much longer. I would come back again.

I think the typical visitor will love everything about this stay. I'm not exactly typical - so this tip will only interest some readers. I work online and need a strong internet connection. I found that wifi speed would drop in during evenings thru 2am. Netflix, email, etc was fine all the time. Large cloud files or livestream with an audience was a struggle in evening. If you do more intense online work, you'll want to plan it for daytime hours only.

Caterina nos recibió muy amablemente, siempre dispuesta. Deja todo para el desayuno, capsulas de cafe,dulce,tostadas, galletas etc. Y también todo lo necesario para cocinar fideos pasata de pomodoro, aceite, aceto y más cosas. El apartamento es muy cómodo, limpio con grandes camas y muy bien ubicado. Nos encantó
