The apartment is very clean, spacious, and bright and the location is perfect as it is a very short walk to the center of town and to the lovely beach. Also in a short walk there are a variety of shops for food, clothing and other needs. The owner of the apartment was very good about communicating our arrival plans and addressing any concerns we had about our stay. We were welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff and also met the owner. In the apartment there were plenty of storage units and comfortable sleeping and seating arrangements and a good supplies in the kitchen. We enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony. We would like to return for a longer stay.

Siamo appena rientrati dalle vacanze salentine, ospiti del residence Marimar. Abbiamo soggiornato sia nel bilocale che nel monolocale, ambienti moderni, accoglienti e comodi. Grazie alla posizione strategica si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti, a piedi o in auto, le bellissime spiagge di Otranto e dintorni. Grazie ad Annalisa e Chiara per l'ospitalità e la disponibilità a venire incontro e soddisfare ogni esigenza.

La struttura è nuova e si presenta in ottimo stato, situata in una zona che consente di raggiungere facilmente mare e centro , i proprietari sono stati molto gentili ed estremamente disponibili ; ci torneremo sicuramente! Vivamente consigliato !

L'appartement se situe dans une très belle résidente récente. Il est décoré avec gout et composé de meuble de qualité, très contemporain. Sa situation est idéal, au centre d'otranto (plages commerces ... à peu de temps) mais au calme car donnant sur une jolie pinède. La propriétaire Anna Lisa nous accueilli avec gentillesse le jour de notre arrivé et nous a donné le maximum d'information dont nous avions besoin. Elle a été aussi très réactive à nos moindre demande. Merci à vous Anna Lisa et Maria Chiara. A presto.
