Split Center Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was clean and smelled nice, as opposed to all the other apartments we’ve stayed in Split. It is great that it has a bedroom with a double bed, an extendable bed and a sofa bed in the kitchen/dining room, great for small kids. The spacious balcony was great as well. AC unit looked brand new and worked really well. I also really appreciated the towels provided which were very clean, smelled fresh. Walking distance to the port of Split all necessary shops and restaurants - this was our favorite part, since parking is a challenge in Split. Last but not least, the communication with the host/owner was prompt and straight forward. Provided step by step photos for finding the key and the apartment, we had 0 stress. We are really appreciative! :)

No coffee machine or toaster in the kitchen. But in terms of utensils the kitchen is fully equipped.

The host was welcoming and he took care of our parking spot, even though he didn't have to. The flat itself is very clean and everything seemed new. The bed was comfortable, we had enough towels and everything we needed. Furthermore, the AC is perfectly positioned in the hallway so it doesn't blow directly to your head. The location is also perfect, it's very close to the center but it's a quiet neighborhood.

There is no elevator in the building so it was a bit complicated to bring the stuff to the flat, it's on the second floor.

Centrally located, spacious, bright, very modern & so clean It is to a very high standard & everything you could need is supplied
