Camera favolosa ristrutturata da poco. Ottimo confort
Il personale del ristorante sgarbato e non disposto a venire incontro alle esigenze basilari del cliente tipo mangiare all interno perché nel patio era troppo freddo a causa di una perturbazione. Oppure a servire un caffè seppur a a pagamento a fine pasto!!!! La camera mi è stata data alle ore 18 invece che alle ore 16 ma senza scuse né compensazioni , quindi di fatto ho pagato una camera un giorno che non ho avuto.

La posizione, la cordialità del personale.
Il servizio per chi soffre di intolleranze non è adeguato. Il personale non è riuscito a dare indicazioni corrette e abbiamo dovuto chiedere diverse volte di preparare del cibo idoneo. Più comunicazione e organizzazione farebbero la differenza. Inoltre, pensavo venissero organizzati più giochi e tornei sportivi per i ragazzini di 13-14 anni.
