The location was excellent, with easy access to both the pools and the beach. The convenience of having everything within walking distance made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately, several issues detracted from our stay. On arrival, our room key was not activated, which delayed access to our apartment. The apartment was also not prepared for the three guests included in our booking. Only two beds had been made, and despite notifying reception promptly, it took approximately two hours for housekeeping to arrive and prepare the third bed with linen. This meant our young child did not have a bed ready until around 7:00 pm. Despite our booking indicating that housekeeping was included, our apartment was not serviced once during our six-night stay. The apartment itself was more run-down than the advertising photos suggested, and the standard of cleanliness was disappointing. The floors were gritty underfoot, and there was visible mould in the shower. The kitchen was also poorly stocked. There was no dishwashing liquid, sponge, or spare garbage bin liners provided. The broom supplied was broken, with the head separated from the handle, making it unusable. Without housekeeping or basic cleaning supplies, it was difficult to keep the apartment clean throughout our stay.
