About this apartment rental
Unit 118- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom with Partial South Gulf Views. | This newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 11th floor of our Tower Building. This unit is a 7 night minimum stay. The view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 43" flat screen TV. The living room has a 43" flat screen TV with DTV service for your enjoyment and there is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has granite counter tops a bath tub/combo. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with appliances and all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. It is beautifully furnished and the balcony is incorporated into the living room. It’s sliding windows allow you to enjoy the warm tropical breezes from the Gulf of Mexico, which will make your stay a memorable one.

Nice but has a small kitchen and bath. Both can only accommodate one person at a time. Limited dishes but if you will be eating only a small lunch and breakfast it will work. Making a nice dinner would be difficult with limited pots and pans and no baking pans or dishes. Over all we enjoyed our stay!

We were very pleased with this rental unit and appreciated that the tower and surrounding amenities were fully restored after the hurricaines. The view was spectacular. The room was bright and well furnished and we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the unit.

Good location. Good security system. Warm pool. We enjoy the gym, it was so clean and new. The only problem we had, was the mattress, it should be changed, it was very uncomfortable and when you have to turn it sounds. Please change the mattress
