We thought the room was great & the location was good for our stay in Padstow
We had no problem with breakfast taken in the room. We were disappointed with the quality of the breakfast as the bread/baps were not good quality.
Also, if anyone has walking difficulties, then the location wouldn't be ideal for the walk into the centre as it is hilly in parts

Our room, aspect, cleanliness and facilities were excellent. Andy and Jane were wonderful hosts and we enjoyed meeting them very much.
My only suggestion would be to include a toast option on the breakfast menu for those of us that should eat an egg every day!

The room was very comfortable and very clean.The bedroom and bathroom had ample space for us. It was a very calming and relaxing room.
There was ample parking.
It was not the best of welcomes. We felt like naughty children who needed to be told all the rules before we entered the house. We have never experienced anything like it! It was bizarre.
It was clear we were intended to stay in our rooms, and collect milk and breakfast which was laid out on trays, from a utility room by the door.
The hosts were abiding by strict Covid regulations so masks were worn ( no issues) but we had to eat a basic breakfast on our bed! We weren’t thrilled with this arrangement, as Covid regulations were relaxed many months ago.
We have stayed at many establishments before and never had such a welcome or experience.
Our departure was much more friendly as Jane chatted to us .
