Tom the manager was very friendly and helpful. The room had a table and two chairs in the bay window which was appreciated.
Could have done with some bedside lights.

Perfect location, staff fabulous, discount at the bar was a bonus. Bed was comfortable and shower was very good
Could do with a better fan… but in saying that we were there in a heat wave so very hot on the top floor. But do understand not the usual weather.

Lovely guys and amazing location! Had everything we needed.
Slightly tired could do with a new mattress / bit of paint to make it feel cleaner.

Location was good even with the daytime crowds. Surprised it was so quiet at night.
The steps. 5 flights of stairs. The property is old and smaller than anticipated. One of the towels in the bathroom had been used and was smelly. Even though there were no other guests in the building we weren’t offered the opportunity to change rooms. Didn’t actually meet the owners but the pub staff were helpful.
