Excellent location, even managed to find free parking within a 5 minute walk. Easy walk into Padstow but exceptionally quiet area for sleeping. Self contained mini kitchen provided with a small breakfast including bread, with butter, marmalades and honey, choice of cereal with fresh milk. Room was lovely and clean with so many personal touches. Would definitely stay here again.
