Its all good.This homestay can fit many people and is suitable for families.
The living room and single room are a little hot because there is no air conditioning and only a fan.The toilet is a little dirty but it's ok, worth the price.2 more rooms with queen beds are cool and spacious.

Very spacious and comfortable for people with family, the owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. Parkings are also easily accessible. Plenty of entertainment and places to eat within walking distance.
Both showers in the toilet rooms specifically are unusable. The water pressure is weak, making it a hassle to take a quick shower.
