This is perfectly adequate for one night before or after the Langkawi ferry. The location is quiet, the beds are comfortable. The check-in via keys in a lockbox is very easy and convenient.

There were droppings from a small animal (mouse?) in the entrance hall and bathroom when we arrived - not a tragedy, but not very pleasant either. The unit is described on Booking as having a fully equipped kitchen. This is not the case by our Western standards - there is just a microwave (the one thing not mentioned on Booking) - no pans or pots, not hotplate or induction. Just a few mismatched plates and bowls, one of them leaking.

Nearby to Kangar Mall and Muzium Kota Kayang. Clean and new. Easy to check in and check out. Working air conditioners in the living room and bedroom.

Able to accommodate 4 people but apart from the beds, everything else was only prepared for two people. There were only two towels and two sets of beds with blankets and pillows. If you are booking for more than 2 people please bring your own amenities. No dental kit provided as well. The sofa bed which can sleep two slim people in the living room is not that firm and supportive anymore and the sheets and pillows felt itchy. Not a huge deal breaker given the price but appreciate if this could be told upfront. We had to scramble and look for shampoo, one time use towel and bedsheet in Ecoshop. We were also fighting for blankets.

Great little bungalow with everything you need, shop and restaurants next to it. Hassle free and everything seems brand new ✨️

The homestay is lovely. Love the concept! The rooms are big and spacious. Everything was great. The location is close to many food places and near the town. Thank you to the owner. It was easy communicating with him.
