Rooms and toilet/bathrooms are all very clean and smell nice. House is situated in the middle of 'Persiaran Makanan Bintong' i.e easy to get food and beverage (walking distance). Owner was friendly and very helpful.
Baby bed was also provided for family with baby.
It would be nice if microwave or gas stove is provided to re-heat food. Should have a refrigerator or at least a mini-bar.
Smart TV at living area, however no Astro and no wi-fi, therefore you cannot enjoy the TV without using your own hotspot.

Walking distance to restaurant. Feels like return to your own village.
Should have water heater shower in the bathroom. Very cool to take a bath at morning or night
