A&Z Homestay Kangar with 4 Bedroom Aircond

Everything is good, the location is close to Kuala Perlis. All the facilities are nice, the water pressure is sooo high. Towels are provided in each room. Body wash is provided in each bathroom. We love the washing machine! All in all it’s a very comfortable stay, thank you so much.

The fee taken by Booking.com is quite absurd 😭 My suggestion is for the owner to provide a table or maybe an extension because the phones are dangling from our charger when we charge our phone, because the plug point is high. If otherwise, I’d suggest the guests to bring your own extension.

I encountered this property in booking.com at the very last minute. The price was what caught my attention to checked out this property. I loved that the location was very convenient. Spacious space, very comfortable for all 8 adults and 3 children.

The cleanliness could be improved, the porch very dusty, in house a little dusty too but not that bad, I tought if the owner provides a broom and a dust pan should absolutely solve the problem, but what bothered me the most was the toilets ceiling and walls because it covers with spider webs and dust worm. 1 of the bedrooms upstairs have no A/C and I think the owner also need to install 2 standing mirrors, 1 at the upstair hall and 1 downstairs. The mirror they already provided was a tad too small and too high up so if you’re 5’2 you might be struggle to look in the mirror. But all of this I have personally shared with the owner himself and he takes it very nicely. Very great owner indeed.
