Charming Family House by the Sea

A spacious and charming home, just a few minutes from Viana do Castelo and approximately 500 metres from the sea. Its generous interiors, distinctive furniture, and classic atmosphere give the house a unique character. Outside, guests can enjoy a lovely garden, areas for outdoor dining and relaxation, and a small swimming pool, perfect for warm summer days. Located along the Portuguese Coastal Camino de Santiago and next to a cycle path, it is ideally situated for exploring kilometres of coastline and beautiful beaches.

The house has two floors, offering generous living spaces and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: a master suite with a private bathroom and balcony, plus two additional bedrooms sharing a second bathroom.

On the ground floor, the living room with its fireplace invites guests to relax and spend quality time with family or friends, while the dining room provides a comfortable setting for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto a terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner outdoors. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

Outside guests have their own dedicated garden area, a pergola with outdoor dining and relaxation space, a barbecue, and a small swimming pool, creating a particularly inviting setting for making the most of sunny days.

Casas da Roteia consists of two independent houses set within the same property of approximately 2,000 m². Each house has its own clearly defined outdoor area, although there is no physical fence separating the gardens. Guests may therefore occasionally see those staying in the other house, while still enjoying their own separate outdoor spaces.
