About this villa rental
This villa is in a great location near to a lovely sandy beach. Shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The nearby resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa are just a short drive from the villa with lots of attractions and night-life.
The open plan fully equipped kitchen leads to the dining area that has a table and chairs for 4 people. The lounge with leather sofa's, fireplace and satellite T.V. has patio doors that lead into an enclosed garden with swimming pool. On the patio are sunbeds and a table with chairs for you to relax or lay in the sun.Upstairs both the master and twin bedroom has an en suite shower.
It is close to Pernera and Protaras and has the added bonus of being amongst the best beaches on the island.
From here you can access all of the famous sandy bays with crystal clear water and take advantage of the water sports or just simply lay in the sun.
The villa is very close to Fireman's Beach and close to local shops, bars and restaurants,big discount store, Luna park, car rentals, bank, bakery, supermarkets.

Just returned from our stay and we had an amazing time. The villa was spacious and modern with a great pool. The location was good and good food prices.
Satos - The Manager of hiring the villa's is a true star and nothing is too much trouble. He responds to emails with in half an hour and made are stay very enjoyable.

Sotos was a great host and had arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. There was even a bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome our arrival at the villa! The villa itself was beautiful, well equipped and clean with a lovely pool and patio area to enjoy lazy days and evening barbecues. The villa was cleaned half way through our stay and Sotos was always on hand to make sure we were comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. We hired a car to explore the area, Fig Tree Bay was crowded but the amazing beach with golden sand and clear turquoise sea more than made up for the crowds. There are many local less crowded beaches nearby and the trip to Famagusta was incredible. Great local restaurants too. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa and would definitely recommend it. Thank you Sotos for making our holiday so memorable!
