About this villa rental
This is outstanding four bedroom villa located in the heart of Kapparis, on a quiet seafront, only 100 meters from the beach and 300 meters local amenities. This villa oozes style, luxury and comfort. As you walk in, there is a spacious living area with two sets of doors leading out to the swimming pool and offering a beautiful sea view. A large and fully equipped kitchen will satisfy all cooking lovers. Upstairs is the family bathroom with four good sized bedrooms of which two have double beds, en-suite toilets with shower rooms and joined balcony to enjoy late afternoon with unobstructed sea view. This villa will definitely provide unforgettable holiday for everyone.

We had a great 2 weeks staying here over Easter. We were blessed with great weather although the pool was very cold. Location of the villa was perfect with the beach, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. As a party of 6 there was plenty of space. Only slight grumble was the bbq wasn’t fit for purpose and the pans in the kitchen were small when cooking for 6 which included 4 very hungry teenagers. Would definitely return to this property again.

Nice spacious villa. We were a party of 7 with ages ranging from 11 to 66 and there was plenty of room for us all. The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds and good aircon. Always hot water for showers etc.
The outdoor space is also very good and the pool is excellent, we all made good use of it.
The nearest beach is only a few minutes walk away and there a number of them along the coast, all with nice shallow water.
Kapparis is a nice quiet resort but still has a number of bars/restaurants to choose from and a few supermarkets, all within a 15 minute walk from the villa.
Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa are all easily reached by bus. There is no need to hire a car unless you want to explore further afield.
Communication with Villas2let was easy and straightforward.
Overall, we had a great holiday and would recommend Villas2let and this villa.

The villa was in no way luxurious but nice. Definately needs some renovation. Some tiles were broken, there were cigarettes from the previous guests under a sunbed, the dishwashers’s lower lever got off the trail every time you opened it etc. Also the front gate doors did not work and once we informed about that, two guys came a few days later but could not fix it and the next fixers never came.
There are many villas arounf this one and some of them had party groups who played loud music until early morning. Also, there is a restaurant closeby which plays live music until 23 or 24 and you cannot sleep before it ends. On the plus side, the grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance.
