Villa Irina

The position of the villa was perfect, not overlooked and very peaceful with a large pool and terrace. I have stayed at the villa next door several times so I know the area of kapparris is lovely, friendly people and several bars/restaurants and busy resort of Protaras only a short car ride away.

Villa overlooks farmers fields and in September there was a lot of planting, digging and setting up poly tunnels and sometimes the noise was extremely loud... but it was only occasionally. The not being overlooked outweighed the noise most definitely

We like this area as very quiet.

Just needs a little updating decorating in areas .

Ideal location close to all amenities,, view of sea from my bedroom. Beautiful garden and pool area ,real outdoor living. Lovely open plan kitchen and living area.. Great Aircon//heating system.. very private.

Such a beautiful villa but the cleanliness let it down,(I only booked it the night before mind you) it needed a good deep clean ,lick of paint and some home improvement and spruce up..Panels hanging off kitchen cupboards which gave us quite a few injuries.. Tip for hosts change rug in living area it has a flea infestation probably from resident catS. The cloths airers were both broken.. we had the villa for a month and really would have expected sheets and towel changes and a mop through weekly included in the price

Great value for money. Communication with agent excellent. Very peaceful location

Outdoor furniture a little tired and worn. Although we did go at the end of season.
