Good place to relax and visit the area

Nice apartment, fully furnished with new bathroom, in excelent location. The owner was very kind and waited for us for the check-in (we came very late in the evening). Parking for the car inside the apartments area. We enjoyed it very much!

It was very relaxing but way to short.

Apartment very recommendable. Shops and money exchange station were close (5 minutes by walk). The beach was about 20 minutes walking distance away. It was calm and away from the touristic hotspots. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Parking lot in front of the house. Washing mashine available. Balkony to the east side. Large bath tub. Surounding landscape is worth exploring. Take a chance to explore the small back alleys. We found nice and cheap restaurants with kind people and very good cuisine.

Unfortunately the apartment has no beds but only sofas. Sleeping on a sofa for more than two nights might be a problem for elderly people and people with back issues. It was hard to find a shop to rent bikes from real people. After three days of exploration we knew the locations for the three shops. One near the camping area, one on the promenade and one in an antiques shop on the western side of the city. You can always rent a bike from the renting stations along the street when you have a cell phone with data roaming. The beach in Kolberg was overcrowded and partially very very dirty, especially a few meters up the dunes. Many people seem to do their toilette there and leave garbage. Be careful where you walk. I recommand to take a bike and leave the city to the west. You find a toilette on every way towards the beach and it is much cleaner out there.
