Lokalizacja w centrum miasta, tuż obok ratusza i katedry. Sklepy, gastronomia - wszystko pod nosem. Do dworca może z 10 minut spacerkiem, do mola - drugie tyle. Raczej cicho, poza pojedynczymi przypadkami głośno świętującej młodzieży. W sypialni podwójne łóżko z jednym dużym materacem. Możliwość korzystania z parkingu na dziedzińcu budynku. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Wszystkie kaloryfery mają sprawne termostaty.
Trzecie piętro bez windy, co warto wziąć pod uwagę. Niektóre elementy wyposażenia wymagają poprawek. Materac niezły, choć dla mnie ciut zbyt twardy. Sama sypialnia troszkę za mała, więc przedostanie się do okna wymaga małej gimnastyki. Jest bezpłatny parking wewnętrzny, ale liczba miejsc bywa niewystarczająca.

Bardzo czyste i ładnie urządzone mieszkanie. Wszystkie sprzęty nowe i zadbane, łóżka wygodne. Wokol duzo pysznych restauracji, na parterze dwie piekarnie i żabka. Do plaży 20 min spacerkiem.
