Bardzo wygodny, nowoczesny apartament blisko Centrum. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Właścicielem. Winda, parking, bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy, bardzo czysto. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne akcesoria. Spokojna okolica.

Bardzo funkcjonalne mieszkanko z dużym tarasem, w dobrej lokalizacji, wszędzie blisko. Dookoła mieszkania sklepy i wszystkie potrzebne usługi na wyciągnięcie ręki . Do plaży i deptaka łatwy i szybki dostęp - 10 minut spacerkiem Parking pod blokiem za szlabanem to duży atut. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie szybko sprawnie i na czas :) bardzo mili właściciele. W apartamencie dostępny przewodnik po Kołobrzegu do którego warto zajrzeć, fajne miejsca do zobaczenia i smaczne restauracje wskazane na mapce :) Dodatkowo możliwość pobytu z psami za rozsądną opłatą była ogromnym plusem :)
