Cicha część Kolobrzegu, blisko bulwaru i plaży, ale jednak bez tłumów przewalających sie ulicą. Restauracja na parterze. Basen i sauna na obiekcie.
Kuchnia wyposazona podstawowo. Należy zabrac ze sobą kawiarkę, noże do krojenia.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Mieszkaliśmy w dwupokojowym apartamencie, który był czysty i zadbany. Do dyspozycji gości jest również basen, choć akurat z niego nie korzystaliśmy. Pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie.
Jedynym minusem był brak klimatyzacji. Apartament znajdował się na poddaszu, więc podczas upałów było w nim bardzo gorąco, co nieco obniżało komfort pobytu.

Bliskość plaży i promenady, wygodne łóżko, przestronny pokój, blisko rowery miejskie. Ogólnie pokój zadbany choć widać że dawno nie był odnawiany.
Zbyt rzadkie sprzątanie podłogi w pokoju. Normalne, że piasek się niestety nanosił, nie było czym tego zamieść we własnym zakresie a sprzątanie nie było codziennie w trakcie całego pobytu. Nieadekwatne do ceny za pokój. Kuchnia nie była też w mojej ocenie wystarczająco wyposażona, poza granicami korzystalam z booking i był zdecydowanie wyższy standard na podobną cenę.
