Nice place but noisy
New building, clean , nice balcony and bathroom, equipped kitchen. Nice overall. The building has gym and swimming pool ( didn’t use it , it’s only open 1700-2200) close to kaufland. It has parking and 1.5km ish to the sea. Around 400 meters from a big good gym. Clean towels all included.
Giant construction next to the building, which means crazy noise 07:00-17:00 ( owner said he mentioned it , he didn’t we checked again ) Couldn’t use the balcony because of noise, it was pretty hot because couldn’t air out the place. Overall the noise drove us crazy, we would not have come if we had known. Also neighbors have parties pretty loud until 3-4 am. The mattress on the bed was also not good, we both had a bit of back pain.

Super, gerne wieder. Wenn Kolberg, dann hier.
Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Apartment, das zentrumsnah gelegen ist. Dadurch ist die Innenstadt von Kolberg mit seinen Attraktionen fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt und Bäcker. Das Apartment war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was notwendig war. Der Fernseher bot auch deutsche Programme. Es verfügt über einen PKW-Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit, reagierte auf Anfragen schnell und unkompliziert und stellte auch zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung, mit denen der Strand mit Leuchtturm und Promenade schnell zu erreichen ist.
Neben dem Apartmenthaus befindet sich noch eine Baustelle, die zwar nicht laut war, aber die Aussicht trübte.

Výborný apartmán v centru města
Perfektně vybavený a vkusně zařízený apartmán, milý on-line hostitel. Místo bylo pro nás výborné - prakticky v centru, k moři procházkou. Podzemní parkování jsme ocenili ve studeném únoru a věřím, že se budou hodit i za veder.
Chyběly nám čtecí lampičky u postele, televize je fakt pomalá, ničemu to moc nevadí - jen upozorňuji, protože jsem si nejdříve myslel, že je vadná. Ale v celkovém kontextu super apartmánu to byly nepodstatné maličkosti.
