Prime Location 6 Bed Home with Private Pool in Exclusive Resort
5 Star Vacation Home and Private Pool in an Exclusive resort close to theme parks and shopping!
This quality 6-bedroom villa (max 12 guests) has its own south-facing pool (pool heating optional) looking onto a private fishing lake in Terra Verde, an award-winning resort-style community.
The home is well furnished and fully equipped with ALL NEW white goods and air conditioning units for each floor. Includes free parking, free cable, and free Wi-Fi.
Home has ALL NEW KITCHEN APPLIANCES, including fridge/freezer with ice maker (two sizes), cook top with oven, and quiet dishwasher. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the home essentials; coffee maker, kettle and microwave. The home welcomes children with additional travel crib, highchair, baby gates and children's utensils in the kitchen. Plates are also light and shatterproof to ensure safety. All bed linen and towels are supplied and regularly replaced.
Bedrooms:
• 1 x queen on ground floor, ensuite & equipped with cable TV/DVD
• 1 x king ensuite & equipped with cable TV/DVD
• 2 X queen ensuites & equipped with cable TV/DVD
• 2x twin bedrooms (totaling 4 beds) perfect for kids of all ages
The open-plan family room has leather couches, and a 42” smart flat-screen TV and is adjacent to the kitchen and breakfast area. A separate formal dining and sitting area with soft microfiber sofas sit at the front of the home.
This villa looks onto the private south facing lake. The covered patio includes sun loungers, outdoor seating and ceiling fans for warm sunny days. The private pool is enclosed with a net gate to ensure children’s safety and the entire outdoor area is net covered to keep any bugs out. Pool can be heated upon arrival for an additional fee.
Terra Verde is a private resort (check it out on Trip Advisor) only accessed through a 24-hour manned security gate. Guests have access to all its amenities including a Clubhouse with a concierge, a large, heated pool/spa, a Tiki bar (serving food and drinks), a Sauna, a gym, cybercafé, an amusement arcade, a basketball court, and children’s play area. The clubhouse also hosts a variety of entertainment for guests e.g., Movie nights, Easter egg hunts, Christmas events, and the like.
The homes’ location is ideal; 2 miles southeast of Kissimmee Old Town and close to restaurants and shops. Disney is a 15 mins drive. Sea World, Universal and Universal' Volcano Bay' are about 20/30 minutes. The Premium Outlets, Premier Outlets and International Drive are about 15 mins away while Orlando International Airport, the Florida Mall and Millenium Mall are about 30 mins. An hours’ drive can take you to Tampa Busch Gardens, Cyprus Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona and Cocoa Beach.

Terra Verde Resort has banned parties/loud music from 11pm - 7am. Charging EV's at $25/day additional cost. Guests agree to hold the Landlord/agent harmless from any liability resulting from injury or negligence from using the pool and assume all responsibility for other habitants and guests. The only thing that I would like improved was the air conditioner in the downstairs bedroom was not good

In places I have stayed in the past I felt like I was in their home. It’s the small details that make your stay comfortable. The clubhouse was the best feature of all. We were not able to use our pool until Friday b/c it was too cold. Also, the hot tub should be cleaned. There is sand in it.
