About this house rental
Relax and rejuvenate in this beautiful 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa in Orlando’s renowned Terra Verde Resort. The gated vacation resort is 10 minutes from Disney World, and roughly 15 minutes to SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions. Your upgraded south-facing house includes stylish and themed furnishings, a modern kitchen, smart TVs in all bedrooms, a private backyard, brand new high-end BBQ, pool and hot tub, and a lake view. Your villa also includes a private games room with pool table, air hockey, Xbox, two large smart TVs, and air conditioning throughout the property. This is the place you want for your family and friends on your Orlando vacation.
The Space: We welcome up to 14 guests.
• Open concept dining area with seating for eight and an archway overlooking the newly renovated kitchen, and ground floor bathroom and full laundry room.
• Spacious living room with comfortable seating with large-screen smart TV with surround sound.
• Well appointed kitchen with modern appliances, dinnerware, central island and living room area leading to south-facing pool with a lake view.
• Two Primary Suites on the ground and second floors are elegantly designed with a king bed, mattress toppers, large smart TV, remote control fan,
walk-in closet, and full en suite full bathroom.
• Upstairs floor features a balcony overlooking the high arched ceiling entrance.
• Three bedrooms, each with queen beds with mattress toppers, smart TVs, and closets.
• Two bedrooms with twin beds with mattress toppers, smart TVs, and closet, with one Disney Themed room. These rooms share a large full bathroom.
• The Games Room in the garage includes a pool table, air hockey, Xbox, two large TVs, and more.
• Incredible south-facing private backyard pool, hot tub, lake view and BBQ, and a retractable awning to provide guests with shade.
• Wi-Fi, high-end linens and towels are provided for you.
• Please note that since this is a vacation rental and not a hotel, you will be provided with a starter kit of toilet paper, garbage bags, and dishwasher soap, but are expected to provide your food, amenities, and cleaning products beyond what we provide.
Terra Verde Resort:
Nestled among palm trees and tropical plants, Terra Verde's award-winning clubhouse and amenities are second to none. Your booking includes access to all resort amenities including:
• Reception desk and concierge services to assist with activity planning.
• Heated zero-entry pool, hot tub with ample lounge chairs and seating.
• Children’s play area with swings, climbing rocks, and slides, movie theater, and game room.
• Mini golf, basketball, sand volleyball, tennis, ping pong, shuffleboard, and lakeside hammocks.
• Fully equipped Fitness Center with massage and spa services.
• Terra Verde Tiki Bar & Grill.
• Adult-only outdoor lounge, outdoor fitness equipment.
• Walking trails, sauna, lounge, and complementary coffee.
• Business Center including ATM, photocopying, postal facilities, meeting room, and printing, and free Wi-Fi throughout the premises.
• Electric car charging station.
• Lake fishing with two stocked resort lakes (catch and release) and lakeside hammocks.

It was a great stay. The house was very spacious, we found it easily. The check in was smoky. The house was perfect for our group, ideal location for visiting Universal Studios. The pool was great for afternoon rest, the kitchen was very well equipped. There was also a barbecue outside so we were able to prepare geat steaks. I wish we could stay longer. I really recommend this place for groups up to 14 people. There was even a baby bed with a mosito net. We didn’t use it but it’s just an information for those who might need it.

Property was well kept and it was a quiet safe neighborhood with a beautiful pool.

Plenty of living space, a lovely pool/hot tub, and fantastic game room with pool table, foosball and pac man.
The management were responsive to our needs and the clubhouse offered another pool and other amenities. The kids enjoyed basketball, golf and a tennis court.
This was our second year in this house. I highly recommend it.

Decent house , although starting to get tired . We notified the management about some wifi issues, after one email we got crickets, forcing us to have to miss certain programming.
