Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Private home with pool and spa. This house boast 2,834 sqft in one of the best locations on the resort community of Terre Verde, with a beautiful lake and fountain view. Enjoy resort style living and the comforts of home conveniently located to amusement parks, shopping and so much more! Take an easy walk to the club house with a beach entry pool, Tiki Bar, gym, movie theater, arcade, miniature golf, sports deck, and more.
This is a tranquil and quiet gated community where the house is directly overlooking the lake. Sit by the water and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Have a glass of wine with the fire pit at night.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials along with a Keurig, Ninja, and other handy tools to make your stay more enjoyable.
The bedrooms have large smart TVs and comfortable beds. There are two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms.
This home includes 3 king size beds, 2 queen size beds and 2 twin size beds. There is also a crib for the little one to safely sleep.
Enjoy our plush reclining leather sectional with cozy soft throw blankets to snuggle up in and truly make yourself at home!

nice home, upon arrival , dishwasher inoperable, and labeled as such, never got repaired, leak in roof , water came in on second floor family room, old repair, not really ever fixed. big issue was to have pool /hot tub heated, called, emailed, complained all week, never an answer, would never rent from them again. our big thing was to have a heated pool, and was totally ignored. they wanted us to go buy a thermometer and put in pool and take a picture of it not being heated.......what a joke
