The property was in a good central location. Did not like coming and going in the back way as it was next to dumpster but convenient to parking. Host was very attentive to our needs. Overall was a nice place.

The location of the condo is 9/10, it’s close to everything in Rosemary, you can walk to the beach in under 5 minutes, there is a great coffee shop below the condo and lots of shops. The communication with Cheryl was non existent starting on the day we arrived. The ice maker didn’t work, half of the outlets in the unit don’t work, the dryer needs cleaning, vents stuffed up and it doesn’t dry well. The lights under the kitchen counters don’t work, which made it very dark, but worst was the hallway smelled liked sewer, maybe a water leak that wasn’t treated, by our third day the smell was wafting into the unit. Not acceptable and we had no response from the owner/manager.
