The Mercado, Spanish for market, was the winner of the 2007 Builder's Choice Award for Project of the Year. Designed by Looney Ricks Kiss Architects of Memphis, TN, the building has been described as having the most successfully European feel" with crisp millwork, vaulted ceilings, deep dormer windows, and open balconies. - Sky Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 6 am to 10 pm (Adult Only Hours, 6 am-9 am & 8 pm-10 pm)

- Barbados Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.
Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Place was great - quiet, clean, excellent location.Only issue was smell of trash and restaurant waste by where cars parked, and Paradis restaurant employees regularly smoking/vaping by the trash.

Perfect location, we were so close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Getting into the place was very easy, getting to the beach was easy - it was our first time to the area and we didn’t know how the beach worked, it gets busy but we were able to find great spots everyday. The house is well stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook while we were there but wish we would have. There are two bikes included but I was too short for both of them so we needed to pay for another rental while we were there. Overall we would stay here again if we come back
