The location was great and easily accessible to amenities, with a reasonable walk to the beach. The apartment itself was quaint, clean, and nice. Unfortunately, the AC was very inefficient, making it unbearably hot at night. We couldn’t sleep with the bedroom door closed, and even with it open, it was still uncomfortable. The building hallway also had a very unpleasant smell that carried into the apartment. Due to these issues, we would not rent here again.

The apartment is right in the middle of town which has great proximity to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, and other shops. The neighborhood on the apartment side is quaint offering a nice place to walk, use the parks, or swim in the many pools available. Across the street are several more restaurants, parks, and beach access. The town itself is very nice with equally beautiful towns nearby.The unit itself is a 1 bedroom 2 bath with good-sized balcony on the service alley. The furniture and bed were good, yet the apartment overall is showing signs of age. The important thing for renters to understand is the balcony is on a service alley directly above the Gallion's restaurant, which means trash and delivery trucks several times per day starting at 7am. Inside the unit the sound is better but the bedroom is closer to the trucks making early mornings much louder than normal. As one of the most cost-effective units, this is the reason.Checkin was stressful. The parking spot is extremely convenient but finding it was a hunt. A picture of the spot & another of a map location with 90% less text on the rules and what you can't do (Keep It Simple). Door entry also could be improved with a picture or video since multiple entry doors are in the front & back, with some doors for other apartments not accessible to this unit. The building staff are kind but cannot help.We enjoyed our time in RB & this unit put us right in the action, with great walkability & beach proximity.

The space and location are good. There are stains on some of the furniture. One of the showers curtains has a hole. It was darker than the pics looked. The unit is located next to the stairs and elevator which made it really loud. It was easy to communicate with the property manager. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, not bad, but we won't stay again. We've been spoiled by other great Rosemary Beach properties.
