King bed in master bedrm., Queen in 2nd bedrm. and sleeper sofa 3rd bedrm./office. Updated kitchen with granite counter top. Lg. family rm./play space with lots of windows, a private entrance and dedicated work space. + flex space with sink, washer/dryer. A comfy lanai, shady outdoor patio w/grill, large fenced backyard, 30' x 110', great for dogs to run and play, beach chairs. There is comfortable parking for 5 + cars.
The house is 2.4 miles from Siesta Key and just minutes to 5 Shopping centers. Approximately 10 -15 min. +/- to I 75, Downtown Sarasota or Venice. Dog friendly.

Stayed for 1 month with my dog as a first time "snowbird." This place was exactly as advertised- had everything i needed. Great, safe location as well. Owner was very responsive. would recommend!

An excellent renting experience. The house was conveniently located to get anywhere - beaches, downtown, restaurants, etc.
Richard was very communicative and always available for any questions!
The fenced in backyard was key for our dog!

Richard was a wonderful landlord to deal with. The location of this property is excellent for fun at Siesta Key Beach. It is close to many restaurants and water sport activities. They were pet friendly which was very important for our family. I could not thank him enough for our wonderful 10-day stay.

This house had everything we needed for a multi-day stay in Sarasota. The host was responsive and the listing accurate. Good value for the area.
