Welcome to Edgewater Bungalow! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-level home is just 4 miles from the world-renowned Siesta Key Beach and 5 miles from Downtown Sarasota!
Siesta Key, in gorgeous Sarasota, FL, is well-known for its powdery white quartz sand and has been rated the #1 beach in the USA (#5 in the world by TripAdvisor) for several years. You are only minutes away from quaint Siesta Key Village, which offers casual dining at places like the Daquiri Deck and The Old Salty Dog, as well as fine dining establishments and plenty of shopping.
This home has a large driveway offering ample parking. The screened-in front lanai has a patio set where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Upon entering the home, you will find an open concept floor plan with beautiful windows allowing the natural light to glisten throughout. The home was spotless, bright, and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was perfect, just minutes from beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and shopping. Customer service is also amazing and very responsive. We'll come back again!

This bungalow was the perfect home base. Relaxing and convenient, and it felt just like a home away from home! The open living space and screened-in patio made it easy to unwind, and having everything we needed right there made our stay completely stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway!

The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay in the house again.

The air conditioner does not cool and turns off in the middle of the night the air control turns off and does not set the temperature and the cleaning is very poor.
