The property was exactly as represented in the pictures. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owners provided everything necessary to make our stay a happy one ie.- linens, towels, beach towels, soft-sided cooler, bicycles, lots of kitchen items, etc. Just a well thought out place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s place. The house itself was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, with the beach and nearby stores just a short drive/walk away. The yard and lanai were perfect spots to relax (especially the hammock), and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The only drawback was that the house wasn’t very well stocked. There were no basics like coffee or general pantry staples. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did mean we had to run to the store right away after arriving. Overall it was a great place to stay, and with a bit more attention to the essentials, it would easily be a 5 star experience.with a bit more attention to the essentials, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

The place was immaculate! Perfect location!!! Quick drive to the beach and when you come back, it's a nice and quiet neighborhood to relax. Relaxing on the screened in porch was fabulous. Your beach amenities were so appreciated! Towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler and more!! Can't wait to stay here again!!!
