Beautiful, luxury self-catered chalet, outdoor hot tub, great views

Completed in January 2015, Chalet Flocon is a Savoyard style chalet offering outstanding modern amenities and great comfort, with magnificent views.

Located in the picturesque village of Essert Romand, the chalet is just a few minutes drive from the centre of Morzine or the Ardent bubble lift, providing easy access to one of the most extensive and varied ski areas in Europe, the Portes du Soleil.

Ideal for an extended family, or group of families, Chalet Flocon can sleep up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms, all en suite, and can accommodate up to 14 guests with the use of the sofa bed in the large Salle de Jeux, which also has its own bathroom.

Please Note: This accommodation is not suitable for large all adult groups and we will not accept bookings for all adult groups.

A car is strongly recommended for access to Morzine town and the Piste areas.

Chalet Flocon is accessed by steps down from the road and has a private parking area (uncovered) for up to 3 cars.

Set over 3 floors, you enter into the main large open plan living space with stunning views down the valley towards Montriond, Ardent and beyond. On this floor you will find a cloakroom, separate toilet, the lounge area with log fire, the TV snug, Dining area (table seats up to 10 at one sitting) and a modern fully equipped kitchen.

Off of the kitchen and dining area double sliding doors lead you to the covered dining terrace, perfect for a sundowner or après ski get together. From the lounge/tv area, sliding doors lead you out onto the spa deck where you can relax in the outdoor hot tub and enjoy the views.

The first floor comprises of the master bedroom with King size bed and en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, a comfortable double bedroom with en suite shower room, and a twin room with an en suite with bath. A balcony links the master and twin bedrooms with stunning views.

The lower ground floor provides a further large king size bedroom with en suite shower room, and a bunk-bed room that comfortably sleeps 4 in full sized single bunk beds, with en suite bathroom. All rooms on this level have patio door access to the garden.

On this floor you will also find the large Salle de Jeux with cinema surround sound TV and DVD player, games and books providing a wonderful second lounge space to relax. This room can also be used as another double bedroom utilising the large sofa bed if required, and has its own shower room.

You will also find the ski and boot room on this level, providing ski storage, heated boot racks and space to hang coats, helmets etc overnight. The ski room has separate external access. You will also have access to the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bedrooms are all a good size, and include toiletries, hair dryers, and Egyptian cotton towels.

The duvets and pillows are mostly anti-allergenic goose down and the linen is pure Egyptian cotton.

Chalet Flocon is a self-catered chalet but should you wish to book additional services such as mid week or daily cleaning, private chef/in chalet catering, childcare recommendations, advice on ski passes, ski hire etc, then we and our local team in Morzine will be able to assist and advise you, just let us know your requirements.
