Great chalet, very comfortable, spacious and warm - happy to recommend and would stay there again.
Great chalet, very comfortable, spacious and warm! Convenient parking, walking trails into town and Hot tub and sauna were great at the of the day, slippers and robes were a nice touch for the tub.
We couldn’t control the temperature - so it was very warm all the time, not a huge problem as we just opened windows. It needed a few more essential kitchen utensils (grater, knife sharpener, tin opener etc…) and dust pan&brush would have been useful, but these are trivial.

I love the area. Th e chalet administrators are totally untrustworthy.
Location suited us though I think a car is needed
We were accused of breaking the lid of the hot tun. This is an active dispute since we left the chalet and the hot tub in the same condition as we arrived. The administrators have claimed a 500 euro deposit without presenting any bill for any putative repairs. I consider all of this bad practice and would recommend any future tenant to insist on a detailed inspection of the chalet before agreeing to any deposit being paid. In all my years of using booking.com I have never been treated in such a dishonest manner.

Prettig verblijf in Adonis
Dat er sauna en jacuzzi was. Fijn dat er een wasmachine was en een droger.
Sommige eetkamerstoelen waren niet comfortabel en de verlichting mag wel eens goed worden gecontroleerd en gerepareerd. Misschien ook een goede beschrijving voor de werking vsn de wasmachine.

Mooi accommodatie op een goede plek t.o.v. skipistes, echter service bij hulp kan echt beter!
De locatie tov van het skigebied is prima. Voldoende gratis parkeer gelegenheid voor zeker 10 auto's. Mooi groot huis met keuken, in het midden van de kamer een grote tafel en een apart gedeelte met 3 banken en televisie. Sauna aanwezig, grote garage voor al je spullen, jaccuzi buiten en mooie nette slaapkamers.
Het oplossen van de kenbaar gemaakte punten. Zoals een kapotte lamp, 5 defecte stoelen qua rugleuning en zitting. We kookten zo bleek op gas die middels flessen waren gevuld. Tijdens de voorbereidingen van het avondeten was het gas op en de beheerder gaf via app aan dat we een gasfles konden kopen en daarna hem bij te declareren! Dan snap je niet wat service is. Ontzorg en zorg zelf als beheerder dat je een gasfles direct beschikbaar hebt! Er bleek daarnaast een gaslek te zijn, je rook de gaslucht, die gelukkig binnen een uur werd opgelost.

Groot, warm, alles aanwezig, goede service, vlotte contactmogelijkheden via de app en snelle probleemoplossing. Voorziening voor kinderen op aanvraag . Prima
Net te ver voor lopen naar de skibus. Maar met de auto naar piste ging goed.
