The Cottage is located in a peaceful area where you can drive away with in 10 minutes from busy Galle town & The property is situated very closely to the Teaching Hospital & Ruhuna Medical Faculty Karapitiya- Galle.It is Idealy suitable for Foriegn Elective/ Medical students who are coming for their internships / higher studies to Teaching Hospital/Medical Faculty Karapitiya.
The Cottage is also ideal for Foriegn tourist family or a group of 4 adults who are coming to spend their holidays in down south of Sri Lanka 🇱🇰.The Guests can easily access to the famous Dutch Fort & World famous Unawatuna Beach with in couple of minutes by a Threeweeler ,Scooter or by Bus.Super
Markets,Phamasy’s,Restaurants,Boutiques & Fresh fish/ vegetable markets are located at a walking distance.All facilities including a fully equipped pantry & parking are available.All facilities such as washing Machine,four burner cooker & a fridge etc. are available at the house.Ample Space is also available in the front & rear of the house with gates.The Cottage is rented out only to Foriegners.
