Maui Kamaole #A207 is a beautifully furnished and decorated ocean view condo that has all the amenities to make your vacation in paradise perfect. The Lanai furniture is comfortable and is the best spot to start your morning and end an evening. Maui Kamaole #A-207 even has a retractable awning for when it rains or when the sun is too much. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.

The Renovation encompassed beautiful new Tile Flooring throughout, New Kitchen, Baths, Furniture, delightful Island Art, and all New Vented Air Conditioning System.
The living area has a comfortable sectional sofa, easy chair, ceiling fan, and A/C. The entertainment center includes a 47” Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, and Secured Wireless Internet. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stunning granite and is well appointed with many small appliances and dishware for all of your culinary needs. However, this unit does not have an oven.
Both bedrooms have Flat Screen TV’s, A/C and ceiling fans. Both Bathrooms are remodeled with Walk-In Showers, vanities, stunning granite, and the master has a dual vanity.
Maui Kamaole is a low-rise, luxury residential complex on the border of Kihei and Wailea an ideal vacation spot. With 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzi's, cabana, BBQ areas, tennis courts, and an on-site front desk agent with concierge services available. The upper pool area is a free-form tropical pool and there is a sandy bottom Jacuzzi that feels amazing after a long flight from the mainland. The tropical landscaping is first class and meticulously maintained. You can walk to beaches - Kamaole Beach Parks and Keawakapu - It is also a short walk to world class shopping and dining in both Kihei and Wailea! Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Sleeps 4.

For this couple in their mid plus 80s, staying in this condo for almost 12 days was something like ‘just what the doctored ordered’. Our daughter, who accompanied us on this last trip to Maui, chose the perfect place to prepare meals in a well equipped kitchen, sleep in attractive bedrooms, read and do art in the lovely living room, and most pleasurable of all, watch sun and moon risings and settings and all the color moods of the water from the perfect lanai looking out to the ocean across the street. It was very warm and humid during our stay and the quiet air conditioners in every room and also ceiling fans were really appreciated. There is just enough activity across the street where boats launch for added interest and then quiet sets in when it’s time to go to bed. The two pools were great places to cool off as the long, good for walking, swimming, and sunning beach 2 minutes down the road was toasty starting at 10:00 am. We prepared several meals and found the gray set of knives to be very dull, but the black set was somewhat better. Besides sharpening the knives, another suggestion is a lighter blanket than the one in the closets in each of the bedrooms. The downstairs bath has a drainage problem. The steep stairs to this second floor condo was a bit of a challenge, but we felt proud we could manage them okay. This condo is in a beautiful, well kept green and flower bedecked setting, and we loved our time there.

Amazing ! Great location ! Quiet area. Gorgeous sunsets! A/C great Had a wonderful visit and would rent from you all again !Suggestions:Add rice cooker, Keurig coffee pot, slow cooker to list of items More toilet paper and paper towelsBoth kitchen sink faucet and shower head need cleaned (calcified) fan in bathroom rattles ( probably just needs cleaned Large underwater fish framed picture is warped

The property is in a good location within Kīhei ( we are frequent visitors ); however, the photo of having an ocean view, completely cuts off the full view of the noisy street and boat dock located right in front of the balcony. The noise factor was tremendous as people seem to migrate to the parking lot at night, playing loud music. In addition, we had poor shower drainage and stood in standing water to take showers. We were unable to sit in the living room due to an infestation of ants within the coffee table, cracks, and at times crawled on us when we were on the couch. The upstairs bed is so soft that we all fell in the middle so we had to sleep in the downstairs extra bedroom. I would have to give this property a three star rating. There are a lot of things that need to be cleaned and fixed. We return to this area several times a year and unfortunately, I will not stay here again. It’s a beautiful place, but there are some issues that need addressing.

This property has a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The separate bedrooms & bathrooms are nice, although the shower pressure is greatly lacking. The a/c and fans work well and kept us comfortable. The TV had no instruction and was totally impossible to figure out. The layout made for a comfortable time for us and our daughter. The beach chairs and boogie boards are great, while we had to go to a hardware store to fix the beach umbrella. Overall this place needs a refresh as it feels very tired after spending a week here. Kitchen supplies were dirty from a mediocre dishwasher, sharp knives are dull and dangerous, pans are flaking off interior finish which we all know is toxic, cutting boards are in need of replacement. Beach towels are old and skimpy. The condo needs a deep clean. Kitchen cabinets are dirty. This place has the makings of a fabulous condo but it feels more dirty & tired the longer we stayed. Sadly, we won't be back.
