Whether you want to escape the snow and cold or just enjoy the Arizona sunshine this is the place! Perfect in winter, but nice In summer! Enjoy the Arizona sunshine in this nicely furnished and decorated townhome. Stylishly decorated. Centrally located in Green Valley close to shopping, golf, churches, and GVR social centers. Lots of natural light via windows and skylights. Skylights in all rooms but bedrooms. Great views of the Santa Rita Mountains from the private enclosed backyard patio, covered patio, living area, dining room, and primary bedroom. Both the primary bedroom and the living room have sliding glass doors that open onto the private backyard/patio.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath almost 1200 sq ft townhome has primary en-suite bath with full size enclosed shower and dual sinks. Primary Bedroom has walk-in-closet, dresser, chest, Sealy Posturepedic king bed, 45” smart TV. Bedroom 2 has Sealy Posturepedic queen bed, 32” smart TV, dresser. Second bathroom has enclosed tub/shower. Livingroom has 55” HDTV Cox cable contour w/apps for Netflix, Prime, etc using your log-in credentials, DVR so you won’t miss your favorite shows. Cable, DVR, high speed internet, WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, tile and bamboo floors. Propane gas BBQ on private back patio. Oversized one car garage to protect your car. Located on quiet cul-de-sac, no traffic.
Green Valley (GVR) available, access to 13 recreational facilities located throughout Green Valley, including swimming pools, spas, fitness centers, art and crafts rooms, tennis courts, billiards, shuffleboard, dancing, ceramic and clay studios, woodworking, computer club, and more. One pool within walking distance.
Green Valley has over 301 days of Sunshine a year with average daytime temps of 80 degrees. Multiple golf courses just minutes away. Hiking, biking, observatories, caverns, casinos, museums, theaters, artist communities, southern Arizona wine country and cultural amenities of Tucson nearby.
Quiet age restricted community; one occupant must be 55+, maximum occupancy 4. No pets. We provide the basics to get you started, paper goods, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, spices, etc. 3 month minimum rentals during peak season (January through March).

The home was spotless inside. It suited our needs perfectly. Loved the king size bed! And the walk-in shower. It was a good location. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Home is furnished very nicely.Everything you need is provided in the kitchen.Bedroom mattresses are very comfortable.Attention to detail for comfort and enjoyment throughout the house.View of the mountains and the valley is amazing from the east facing windows.Patio is awesome for privacy, sun bathing and outdoor meals.Very quiet and well kept neighborhood.You will enjoy your stay here.
