Welcome to this 1500 sqft townhome in Casa Paloma 1. Located in Green Valley, Arizona, for active adults and retirees ages 55 and better. Don't be cramped in a room. This home has 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 carport spaces, a covered gated front patio, an enclosed back patio an office space and a gated backyard. You will enter through the spacious covered patio where you can enjoy your morning and evening beverage with beautiful views of the mountain. The bedrooms are to your left. The Guest bedroom accommodates a queen bed set, a TV and the views of the mountains. The guest bathroom is a tub and shower combo. The Master has a King bed set, a his and her closet, a TV, a full length mirror, and a walk in shower in the bathroom. The great room is a large light and bright open space with reclining sofa and chair, a 55" smart TV for a quiet movie night. Meal prepping is a breeze in the functional galley kitchen. The dining set seats six comfortably. There's an extra space for multi purpose use of an office or craft or exercise room. Access to Green Valley Rec satellite center that has 32×70 foot sparkling swimming pool with an adjacent spa, shuffleboard courts with shaded seating, horseshoes, and a multipurpose room with a kitchenette. It is walking distance. Green Valley AZ is just 25 miles south of Tucson. It offers the best of both worlds: quiet residential streets in a stunning desert setting coupled with easy access to a vibrant, bustling city. This is the space you need to enjoy your vacation. We enjoyed our stay in this clean and roomy property. Loved having tv with streaming, large king bed and washer/dryer. The icing on the cake is that accept dogs. Would definitely rebook.

Very nice mountain view from the front courtyard. Central location made getting around very easy. Really enjoyed walking the desert trail that'surrounds the community.

Yes, I did tell the host about the kitchen and my concerns on the dishes not being cleaned etc. the response was it is the responsibility of the renter before us to clean the dishes etc. I was disappointed in the answer as this was our first time using VROB or this type of rental always stayed in hotels or campgrounds. I found every glass I took out to drink with needed to be rewashed and all the pots that I used had to be rewashed, one had cooked broccoli on it. The knives well bring your own if you are cutting anything up, there was one bread knife and one butcher knife that was all rusty, there was no comet or something like comet so I scrubber as well as I could before using. The kitchen drawers several when you pulled out where not attached and it looked like someone had been in there putting different door fronts on the cabinets, but all the sawdust was still in the cabinets, and the drawers were very dirty they had not been cleaned out in sometime.I like to cook, so if you light to cook you might consider the following things to bring when coming to this Vrob. Measuring cups only 1/3 cup and a ¼ cup there to use measuring spoons not a complete set there, cooking knives.
