This charming resort home in central Green Valley is conveniently located near the GVRH West Center with tennis courts and fitness and recreation center. You’re also within walking distance of the Continental Shopping Plaza, offering groceries, shopping, and dining options.
This updated one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat features comfortable furniture, appliances, and fixtures. The bedroom boasts a new pillow-top KING bed, a full-size chest of drawers, and a spacious 6-foot closet with additional storage.
The cozy living room includes a new 55" Samsung smart TV with high-speed WiFi and streaming services.
The kitchen is equipped with filtered water and modern appliances. You'll find everything you need, from dishes and silverware to cooking utensils, spices, pots, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The dining table seats four.
The bathroom is bathed in natural light and offers a roomy, tiled shower. Towels and linens are provided, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
For a one-time fee, you can enjoy access to Green Valley Recreation facilities, including 13 recreation centers and their pools and amenities.
The property complex also has its own heated swimming pool, a large hot tub and a shower which is across the street and is not affiliated with the GVR program

Quiet neighborhood close to shopping. King size bed, stove refrigerator TV and fully furnished with washer and dryer. The host Scott was awesome to work with and the his place felt like home. We stayed 3 weeks and highly recommend the unit. Thanks Scott!!
