About this apartment rental

Transport and activities are easily accessible on foot. Bikes can be rented near the apartment for easy access to the cycle paths around the lake and beyond.
In winter access to the ski resorts is easy by car or facilitated by shuttles (La Clusaz at 30 km, Le Semnoz at 20 km, etc.).
The street is not busy but close to the old town and the lake, restaurants and shops. Close to the promenade of the Annecy canals.
Closed garage and easy access for car or 4x4, 5 mins walk from the apartment.

Very well equipped and comfortable property, within easy walking distance of public transport..and away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town Some excellent restaurants/ bistros nearby. Hosts Suzanne and Robert, were friendly and very helpful with providing information about places of interest and attractions in Annecy and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Lovely apartment in walking distance of the old town, lake, shopping street and nice restaurants. Despite the extreme heat during our stay it remained pleasant within the apartment. The hosts were also great, giving us a warm welcome, helping to unload the car, explaining all we needed to know and giving some useful tips :)

Suzanne and Robert are superb hosts! Their flat is very nicely furnished and is close to everything! While you have an assigned parking, I did not need to use it. If you are traveling on your own driving a car there is plenty of parking around. Traveling via rail, the station is just a few steps away. There are all sorts of conveniences all around this apartment. My favorite was the local boulangerie (bakery), so close that you can even feel it in the air. Old Annecy and the Lake are just minutes away walking. The hosts provided a plethora of information of places to visit and things to do. These people are salt of the earth...an awesome couple. It was our pleasure to stay here. God bless!

We had a great stay in Annecy. Communication with the owners was very good. Appartment contained everything we needed. Perfect location on walking distance from the old centre and lake. The garage (on walking distance) was big enough (5 m) for our tall car. The only suggestion we have is to keep all windows and curtains closed in summer to prevent the appartment from becoming an oven. (Despite the fans). It worked out well for us. appartment

We loved our time staying at this apartment. It was very comfortable for my husband, our toddler and myself. With a bath tub, a booster seat, a stroller, cots and toys, the flat is well equipped for families with young children. Suzanne and Robert are wonderful hosts who looked after us exceptional well. The communication with the hosts was very quick and easy. The only things we missed was a washing machine and WiFi but as there is a launderette and a shopping mall with free WiFi not far away it was not a big problem. Thank you for a great holiday.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Annecy. L'appartement est bien situé. Il est près de la gare et le garage est un véritable atout dans cette ville où les parkings sont payants. Appartement propre, bien situé et très bien équipé. On peut aller dans le vieux Annecy à pied, en longeant le Thiou en 10 minutes. Le garage est un gros plus. Suzanne et Robert sont très accueillants, disponibles et de très bons conseils pour les visites aux alentours. Ils vous mettent à l'aise. On se croirait comme à la maison. Annecy et ses alentours valent le coup d'être visités. Un vrai coup de coeur pour cette ville.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par un Stéphanie et son mari, qui nous ont installé dans ce charmant appartement bien situé et bien équipé . Ce fut notre jolie base afin de découvrir les plus beaux endroits d'Annecy et rayonner autour du lac et dans la région. Le garage fut un plus très important !! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour alors au risque de me répéter : le budget de notre séjour fut maitrisé pour une charmante location et un garage digne de fort knox, le pays est beau, la gastronomie excellente, les propriétaires très sympathiques, nous aurions aimé mieux les connaitre !

Excellent accueil par les deux propriétaires, très sympathiques, leur appartement est impeccable ! Nous avons même apprécié un petit cadeau à notre départ, un petit livre écrit et publié par la propriétaire, sur l'histoire de la Savoie ... Très bien ! De bonnes balades en haute Savoie, au lac d'Annecy, au lac Léman, au lac du Bourget, et en montagne ..... On reviendra !!!

Appartement un peu bruyant , ascenseur, voisins Très bien placé pour accès au centre à pieds. Le parking à 5 mn à pieds peu paraître un peu loin. Pour un couple il n'y a pas de lit 2 personnes. Les propriétaires sont adorables, excellent contact.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec un excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires. L'appartement est bien situé et bien équipé avec les ventilateurs dans toutes les pièces. Petite semaine très agréable dans cet appartement sur Annecy adapté pour notre bébé de 9 mois. Le plus est la proximité du vieux Annecy (10min de balade le long du thiou très agréable) ainsi que la place de parking privée bien que éloignée de 5min à pieds de l'appartement. Nos hôtes ont été adorables ce qui rend le séjour d'autant plus agréable.

Accueillis par des propriétaires très sympathiques, nous avons trouvé une location bien équipée et pratique avec tout à proximité ; le lac et ses montagnes, ses pistes cyclables et ses activités nautiques, le centre ville, les restaurants, le centre commercial et ses boutiques, son cinéma... seul petit bémol au niveau de l'appartement : pas de lit double 😩�(mais 4 lits simples)... mais cela ne devrait pas ns gêner pour y retourner.

Très bonne expérience avec location à Annecy conforme aux descriptifs. Logement spacieux les deux chambres sont très bien séparées. On peut aisément aller en centre ville à pied par le bord du Thiou en 10 minutes. C'est super !

A really comfortable and cozy home, near the center and any services you could need. The owners were nice and helpful, and even if the house is not that big is set up in a way that allows four people to live comfortably. The beds are comfy and the street unterneath doesn't have that much traffic. It was a really mice experience and we would definitly racomend the place.

Logement très bien situé, même sans véhicule les déplacements et visites sont nombreux, tour du lac en bateau omnibus très agréable qui permet des étapes découvertes, et le temps était avec nous. Seule ombre au tableau une invasion de moucherons en permanence dans la journée le long de l’eau et même au marché.

Excellent séjour à Annecy, dans cet appartement si fonctionnel. Proche du Lac, de la Vieille-Ville et des commerces, il nous a servi de cadre agréable dans cette belle cité, campagne et montagne à la fois. Que dire de la gentillesse de Suzanne et Robert, leur disponibilité et leur sourire ! Pour qui ne cherche pas le luxe, je recommande sans hésiter.

Suzanne und ihr Mann sind die nettesten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Sie haben uns tatkräftig beim Einzug geholfen, waren bei Fragen immer ansprechbar und haben die Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet. Alles war supersauber und die Betten waren bequem und schön hergerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, auch Vorräte. Die Garage ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, auch die Altstadt mit ihren romantischen Häusern und Kanälen ist schnell erreicht. Suzanne hat sogar einen Einkaufstrolly für den dreimal wöchentlich stattfindenden Markt bereitgestellt. Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in Annecy verbracht und bedanken uns herzlich bei Suzanne und ihrem Mann.

Siamo stati ad Annecy per una breve vacanza in famiglia ed abbiamo scelto l’appartamento dei signori Maeso, che è attrezzatissimo, molto molto pulito ed immediatamente e comodamente utilizzabile per tutta la famiglia, con un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. I proprietari sono fantastici, molto disponibili, una vera risorsa per tutta la vacanza, ai quali è molto difficile non affezionarsi. Aggiungiamo anche il garage e un bello spazio per eventuali biciclette, davvero non manca nulla.
