Corner end unit, one level, light and bright. Both Bedrooms with sliding glass door ,2 full bathrooms, 2 walk in closets. Two car attached garage with direct access, Washer/dryer in unit. Wood Shutters in bedroom windows, private patio deck in front. Close access in 12 minutes to New Port beaches, 8 minutes to University of Ca./Irvine. 12 minutes to Orange County airport. LOCATION IS great, walk to LA Fitness, Movie theaters, restaurants, and District nearby as well. Community Amentities include pools/spas/tennis courts/parks. Includes basic cable/internet service.

This unit is in a very nice walking neighborhood. It is an older unit but they had most everything I needed.

This was my second summer staying at this condo. Perfect size and location for me to be close to grandkids. Nice pool, grounds

Great location in Irvine for my 3 month stay. Property well maintained. One problem with oven was taken care of promptly. Large 2 car garage. Community pool 1 block away.
