This newly remodeled Co-op is spacious, comfortably elegant, and fully equipped. The open plan kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for family meals seating 6 with table extension. The newly shuttered balcony is ideal for relaxing at the end of day.
There is a very well-equipped kitchen that is freshly painted. Washer and dryer just added this summer for your convenience.
Retreat to the master bedroom where you’ll find a queen-sized bed with an in-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Living room has a new 55" TV and a very comfortable sofa and chairs. Unit includes wireless internet.
Electricity and cleaning charges will be deducted from Security Deposit.
Laguna Woods offers a variety of activities such as a fabulous 27 hole golf course plus an executive 9 hole course, swimming, tennis, lawn bowling, crafts, 500 different social clubs, entertaining shows, horseback riding, etc. Also includes free bus rides throughout and around the village. Many restaurants and complete shopping mall/movie theatre within a 5 minute bus ride. Ideal, for anyone 55 or older, or just vacationers.
