Quick response from owner, very professional and really accommodating.

The location is close to UCI which was perfect for us. It was clean. Pictures match the place exactly. The host responded to our issues quickly. Mattresses are soft (if you like this). Key was easy to locate.

There was one major issue, no air conditioning. The host tried to rectify the situation, but a service tech was not available until our third day and needed parts he could not get because it was a Saturday. Other minor issues are that the coffee pot is missing the internal basket, so even though there are coffee filters, you can not use it. There is a Nepresso machine if you want to use this. There was not dish soap in the kitchen and no dishwasher tablets so doing dishes was difficult. If you stay here remember to bring your own soap for shower and dishes. There is hand soap in the bathrooms. Patio needs to be weeded and cleaned. Would not stay again.

It’s is exactly what it says it is. I recommend this to any Traveling Nurse, couple or small family. The owner was easy to contact, it was clean; it was nice home away from home.
