About this house rental
The only thing more stunning than this 3-story beachfront oasis is its sweeping ocean views. The oversized kitchen is open to a combination dining area and family room on the first floor. Leading outside from there, a charming coastal courtyard awaits you with *a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area, towering palm trees, and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll find another living space on the second floor with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. On the third floor, there’s an oceanfront king master with a private bath. And all three ocean-viewing floors are easily accessed by an elevator. Welcome to the home of your island dreams!

This house is perfect for a large family! The 6 bedrooms each with their own bath is perfect and the half bath on the first floor makes it convenient when you’re swimming in the pool.The beach is beautiful and so clean, I’ve never ridden bikes on the beach, it is fun!The elevator was so great, we had my mom with us who is in her 80’s, she had no trouble getting up to her bedroom with the elevator, it was fast and convenient.This is a great house in the perfect location, we would definitely stay here again!

The house was nicely decorated and clean. They supplied everything needed to enjoy our stay. Hung out in the pool every day.

The week was spent with 4 families with teenagers, boys and girls, ages 14-50 was filled with great memories despite the issues encountered.
We had perfect weather. We prepared meals together most days. We dined out at the Chart House and the Oyster Factory, both were delicious. We stayed active by walking on the beach and riding bikes daily as well as doing yoga on the beach. A few went to the zip line obstacle course and loved it.
Consignment shopping at Chella Ds and Encore where we found great buys.
Positive feedback includes:
Location, right on the beach on a dead end road.
Kitchen fully equipped
Somewhat updated decor
Despite the NUMEROUS issues encountered (see below), upon calling, someone came promptly to check out and repair.
Negative feedback includes:
Refrigerator is duct taped and did not seal properly.
Dryer duct (to exterior) filled with lint, we fixed it
Exterior shower had no water pressure, plumber fixed
Found several palmetto bugs, including on 3rd floor in a bed, came and sprayed promptly
Most dressers missing knobs
TV static, came and fixed
Toilets ran, plumber fixed
Property needs an overhaul but has lots of potential.
