This house is in a great location to get to and from the beach. You can sit and enjoy site and sounds of the ocean on comfortable balconies. It has a large common area for hanging out, cooking, relaxing. It also has comfortable and spacious bedrooms throughout the house.
There are minor coscmetic wear and tear as expected for a house by the ocean in weather. We had no major issues at the house at all!
