About this apartment rental
We welcome you to our reception facility located in the heart of the Santerno valley, in Coniale near the ancient village of Cà Maggiore, in the municipality of Firenzuola (FI) high Mugello, Futa pass.
Between Romagna and Tuscany we can offer accommodation, for long or short periods throughout the year, in 3 completely independent apartments furnished in an ancient Casale dating back to the end of the 17th century and beginning of the 18th century.
The structure is located in a strategic point due to its proximity to the river (one of the most beautiful areas along the Santerno and its tributary Diaterna, both suitable for swimming), for lovers of nature and related sports activities (swimming, tracking, montain-bike, trial bike, canoe, horse, paragliding) for the numerous marked CAI trails that surround us, due to the proximity of ancient chestnut groves and the ancient historical traces present.
If then, in addition to your holiday in contact with nature, you want to visit the cities of art, within an hour, an hour and a half, you can drive to Florence, Bologna, Arezzo, Ferrara, Ravenna, Rimini.
If the cities of art are not enough there are all the smaller historical centers, the places of the spirit such as the Hermitage of Camaldoli, the Sanctuary of La Verna.
If you fancy lakes with sailing courses and more, then nearby is the Bilancino lake, in the Mugello valley bottom; you want to race and run by motorbike, you will find near the racetrack of Imola or Mugello.
If you really are not happy and you want a bit of frenzy then in an hour and a half you will reach the Romagna Riviera.
Well I would say that nothing is missing, ... perhaps a beautiful starry sky that in the summer breeze, in a night in the silence of the mountains, can make you touch the Universe with a finger.

Ristrutturato tenendo conto delle antiche travi e strutture. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione tranquilla vicino al fiume canterno poco piu di un ruscello ma balneabile.
Purtroppo un po’ troppo lontano dal Mugello nostra meta da cui dista 35 km di curve e non 17 come segnato sul sito.
Ottima l’accoglienza e l’ospitalita’ di Claudio il proprietario ci torneremo x una vacanza
