About this apartment rental
We welcome you in our hostel, located in the heart of the valley of the Santerno, in places Coniale at the ancient village of Cà Maggiore in the town of Firenzuola (FI) high Mugello, Futa Pass.
Between Romagna and Tuscany can offer accommodation for long or short periods throughout the year, in 3 apartments completely independent and furnished in an old farmhouse of the late '600 beginning' 700.
The property is located in a strategic location close to the river (one of the most beautiful areas along the Santerno and its tributary Diaterna, both for swimming), for nature lovers and sports activities related to it, (swimming, tracking, mountain bikes, trial bikes, canoeing, horse riding, paragliding) to the numerous trails of the CAI that surround us, to the vicinity of ancient chestnut trees and the ancient historical traces present.
If in addition to your holiday in contact with nature, you want to visit the cities of art, within an hour, an hour and a half's drive you can reach Florence, Bologna, Arezzo, Ferrara, Ravenna, Rimini.
If there are enough major art cities are all the smaller historical centers, places of the spirit such as the Hermitage of Camaldoli, the Sanctuary of La Verna.
If you feel like lakes with sailing lessons and more, then there is the lake near the Sling, in the valley of Mugello; you feel like racing and motorcycle racing, you will close the circuit of Imola and Mugello.
If you really are not happy and you fancy a bit of bustle then in half an hour you will reach the Adriatic Riviera.
Well I would say that nothing is missing ... perhaps a beautiful starry sky in the summer breeze on a night in the silence of the mountains, you can touch the universe with a finger.

Farm house near a river.
The apartment is on the ground floor part of the farm house, it has a large lounge kitchen diner with modern appliances, water from the tap is fresh spring water. Two bedrooms one large double and one smaller bedroom with two single beds. Modern Bathroom. The apartment was clean and comfortable. the host was friendly and spoke good English.
There is parking outside the front door for one car and also a seating area at the front.
The driveway up to the house is narrow but you can turn round at the end just past the house.
It is a short walk to the river where you can swim in the fresh water.
There are three small villages near by, one has a small supermarket, and all have one or two restaurants.
The views are stunning, its quiet, a perfect place to get away from everything.
