A great baliness style villa, just on the outskirts of Ubud town centre (25 min walk into town).
Great coffee Cafe at end of driveway.
The pool was unusable on first day as had a pump issue. Continued to have dirty film on surface of water the whole time which made unusable the whole time we were there.
Additional tipping recommended for house cleaning which wasn't disclosed in initial booking.

The beds were comfortable, the villa was roomy.the pool was clean and Perfect for the kids. wayan ( our house guy) cooked great breakfasts and serviced the villa daily .he also had good information on places we wanted to visit. It was nice to be out of the main drag in ubud but within a 15minute walk to the Main Street.it was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again .

Nice clean place. Convenient walk to a few restaurants nearby. 15 to 20 min walk to town. Wayan, the guy looking after the place was very friendly and attentive.
Regretfully, I've ignored the comments by previous guests about the noise by scooters racing along the alley, which is 2m next to the master bedroom.
